The thing is though
We’ve been brainwashed into thinking that ‘this is it’ and just part of ‘getting old’.
Avoiding doing exercise because you believe you are too old or because you have ‘bad knees’ is the old way of thinking.
And when you believe this to be true, of course you sit down and don’t exercise – which then leads to your body actually feeling and getting older before it’s time!
Here’s the thing, your body can get stronger and your knees can improve no matter your age, when you do the right exercise for you. Not those ‘generic’ online workouts you see with the super-young bunnies hopping around in tight short shorts.
